About The Position

Ted's Air, Plumbing & Electric is launching the Ted's HVAC Academy, an intensive, performance-based training program designed to develop motivated individuals into skilled HVAC technicians within 12 months. This program offers a faster path to a meaningful career built on skill, professionalism, and performance. The program combines classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world field experience alongside experienced HVAC professionals. Participants will develop skills in HVAC systems, airflow and refrigeration basics, preventive maintenance, electrical and mechanical fundamentals, safe tool operation, customer communication, professionalism, safety standards, and Ted's service process. The program emphasizes that income should reflect value created, not just time on the job, with top performers earning over $100,000 annually through pay, incentives, and advancement. Success is determined by technical knowledge, continuous learning, customer trust, professionalism, core values, and team contribution. The company is looking for individuals with the right attitude—motivated, dependable, curious, and committed—and will provide the necessary technical training.
