Responsibilities

  • Combine classroom instruction, hands-on labs, and real-world field experience.
  • Develop skills in HVAC systems and fundamentals, airflow and refrigeration basics, preventive maintenance procedures, electrical and mechanical fundamentals, safe tool operation, customer communication, professionalism inside customers' homes, safety standards, and Ted's service process.
