About The Position
The City of Middletown is seeking a qualified individual for the HVAC/Building Maintenance Technician position. The work involves all facets of building maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, general building repair, painting, and cleaning. Applicants must take a written examination on Tuesday, November 10, 2026. Applications are due Friday, November 6, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. Application packets are available from the Human Resources Office on the second floor of City Building, One Donham Plaza, Middletown, Ohio, or from the City’s jobs website. Requirements
- Experience in hydraulics, HVAC, electrical, mechanical, and electro-mechanical work, or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
Responsibilities
