As the Branch Manager, you are part of Best People. The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall branch performance. Branch Managers grow our business by exceeding the expectations of our clients through timely project completion at the highest quality level. You utilize our Best Systems, to ensure the team has the training and tools to perform their work in a safe and efficient manner. You interact with clients to build long lasting and mutually beneficial relationships. As the Branch Manager, you achieve Best Results by engaging our team daily and challenging the status quo. • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred, Associates degree or continuing professional education in HVAC combined with additional relevant experience may be considered.
• At least 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the design, installation, service and repair of Industrial HVAC Systems at large (250,000 sq. ft.+) customer facilities in the Grand Rapids market.
• At least 2 years of experience leading or directing the work of HVAC technicians.
• Business development, growth strategy, and financial performance management experience including cost estimating and P&L responsibility.

Nice To Haves

• Current Type A HVAC license is desirable; but not required
• EPA 608 certification is a plus.
• BOMA, IFMA and/or ASHRAE association is desirable.
