The Branch Manager is accountable for the overall branch performance. Branch Managers grow our business by exceeding the expectations of our clients through timely project completion at the highest quality level. Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar.
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred, Associates degree or continuing professional education in HVAC combined with additional relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the design, installation, service and repair of Industrial HVAC Systems at large (250,000 sq. ft.+) customer facilities in the Grand Rapids market.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or directing the work of HVAC technicians.
  • Business development, growth strategy, and financial performance management experience including cost estimating and P&L responsibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Type A HVAC license is desirable; but not required
  • EPA 608 certification is a plus.
  • BOMA, IFMA and/or ASHRAE association is desirable.
