About The Position

MacLellan HVAC & Mechanical is a division of MacLellan Services, providing a range of industrial and commercial services including Owner Direct Service Projects, Planned Maintenance, Equipment Service, Equipment Repair, Equipment Installation, and Facility Services.   • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline preferred, Associates degree or continuing professional education in HVAC combined with additional relevant experience may be considered.
  • At least 10 years of progressive, professional experience in the design, installation, service and repair of Industrial HVAC Systems at large (250,000 sq. ft.+) customer facilities in the Grand Rapids market.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading or directing the work of HVAC technicians.
  • Business development, growth strategy, and financial performance management experience including cost estimating and P&L responsibility.

Nice To Haves

  • Current Type A HVAC license is desirable; but not required
  • EPA 608 certification is a plus.
  • BOMA, IFMA and/or ASHRAE association is desirable.
