Requirements
- 2-3 years of managerial experience
- Valid Driver’s License & clean driving record
- Strong leadership & communication skills
- Excellent time management & attention to detail
- Professional appearance & personality
- Experience in Residential HVAC
Responsibilities
- Lead & Support – Schedule and provide technical guidance to technicians, ensuring top-tier service.
- Team Coordination – Work with dispatch to assign jobs based on skill level.
- Operational Efficiency – Maintain proper stock levels and oversee the use of materials.
- Administrative Tasks – Assist clerical staff, complete invoices, reports, and daily route sheets.
- Uphold Standards – Ensure all team members follow company policies and provide excellent customer service.
