Requirements

Mechanical aptitude and a strong desire to learn the HVAC trade.
Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
Dependable, punctual, and coachable.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

EPA Certification is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist Lead HVAC Technicians with residential service, maintenance, and equipment installations.
Learn how to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair heating and cooling systems.
Help install furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, thermostats, and indoor air quality equipment.
Safely use tools, equipment, and materials while following company safety standards.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and service vehicle.
Deliver outstanding customer service and represent Sullivan Super Service professionally in customers' homes.
Continue developing your technical knowledge through hands-on training and mentorship.
