About The Position

Plumbline Services is seeking motivated HVAC Apprentices to begin a career in residential HVAC. Apprentices receive hands-on training, work alongside experienced technicians and installers, gain field experience, provide customer service, and learn industry best practices. The role supports residential HVAC service and installation work and offers training, professional development, and career advancement pathways.

Responsibilities

• Assist HVAC technicians and installers with residential service and installation projects.
• Load, unload, verify, and transport equipment, materials, and tools for daily assignments.
• Support installation and replacement of residential air conditioners, furnaces, ductwork, thermostats, ductless mini-split systems, air filtration systems, zoning systems, dampers, and low- and high-voltage wiring.
• Use hand tools, ladders, gauges, recovery machines, and other HVAC equipment safely and effectively.
• Maintain company vehicles, tools, equipment, and inventory levels.
• Follow company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable local, state, and national codes.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site.
• Provide exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to advance technical knowledge and certifications.
