We are seeking an HVAC Apprentice who is eager to learn, asks questions, observes, and emulates our core values of family, care, and grow. You will work closely with leadership in the field, perform quality installations and maintenance on systems in the home, and receive mentorship and training on safety standards. This role involves assisting HVAC Installation Technicians, taking classes to expand knowledge and skills, and advancing in a stable and well-paid career in the trades.
Requirements
- Ability to pass drug testing.
- Current driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Ability to do some lifting and work from heights or small crawl spaces.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC experience is helpful but not necessary.
Responsibilities
- Perform quality installations and maintenance on HVAC systems in homes.
- Assist HVAC Installation Technicians in the field.
- Emulate company values and safety standards.
- Take classes to expand knowledge and skills.
- Interact with fellow employees.
