Requirements

• One year as a Human Services Program Representative 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration)
• Four years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities

• Direct waiver capacity processes across assigned regions and ensure proper use of allocations
• Guide professional staff and provide support for daily office operations
• Review fiscal and program metrics to support decisions regarding capacity and service needs
• Approve emergency waiver participation and coordinate changes needed to support individuals
• Work with administrative entities and providers to manage vacancies and enrollment activities
• Contribute to interdepartmental workgroups and support development of policies and procedures
