This position helps ensure that community service providers follow the rules and standards that keep people safe and supported. The role involves inspections, investigations, and guidance for providers across the region. As a Human Services Licensing Representative, you will perform the following duties: Inspection Preparation: Review prior inspection materials and available system data to plan upcoming inspections. Conduct Inspections: Examine community programs to measure compliance with regulations for various service settings. Summaries and Reports: Prepare licensing summaries that describe findings and identify areas of non compliance. Licensure Review: Evaluate plans of correction and recommend approval or denial of provider licensure. Provider Guidance: Offer direction to providers to help them understand and correct noncompliant practices. Complaint Investigation: Investigate complaints received about community service providers and report findings.
