Requirements

  • Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Meet the PA residency requirement.
  • Be able to perform essential job functions.
  • Satisfactory criminal history reports, including but not limited to, PA State Police and FBI clearance.
  • Satisfactory criminal history reports including, but not limited to, PA State Police clearance, PA Child Abuse history clearance, and FBI Fingerprint clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Provide consultation to counties and providers on community mental health rules and program expectations
  • Conduct on-site inspections, assess documentation, and identify areas needing corrective action
  • Collect and interpret information to determine adherence to contract and regulatory requirements
  • Participate in meetings and work with community groups to understand needs and share departmental guidance
  • Prepare clear reports that summarize findings, recommendations, and policy interpretations
  • Work with partner agencies to verify information and address trends or compliance concerns
