About The Position

This position supports the statewide development, coordination, and evaluation of peer service programs within the Department of Human Services. As a Human Services Program Representative 1, you will perform the following duties: Program Oversight: Review program service descriptions, monitor provider compliance, and deliver training and technical assistance. Policy Development: Analyze legislation, assist with policy creation, and support consistent policy interpretation. Provider Evaluation: Assess fiscal, administrative, and program operations through documentation review and on-site visits. Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with counties, organizations, and agencies to develop and expand peer services. Program Design: Support statewide planning, best practices, fiscal monitoring, and implementation of new initiatives. Performance Monitoring: Evaluate peer programs for adherence to standards and core practice principles.

Requirements

• Three years of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating a human service program, and a bachelor’s degree
• An equivalent combination of experience and training
• Meet the PA residency requirement
• Be able to perform essential job functions
