The HIV/AIDS Surveillance Data processing/ Non-Identified Risk reclassification (NIR) coordinator is a technical surveillance role responsible for receiving, processing, verifying, and analyzing HIV/AIDS surveillance data for Area 7A (Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties). The position manages sensitive laboratory and case information, conducts medical record reviews, supports epidemiologic investigations, and ensures accurate and timely reporting in accordance with state and federal guidelines. The incumbent of this position must take and pass the State of Florida Surveillance module Training within six (6) months of hire as a condition of employment. Willing to physically come into the office, or do field work daily to perform the duties & responsibilities of the position. Must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
