About The Position

The Human Services Executive Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, financial, and program support for Human Services programs and executive leadership. This position supervises staff, coordinates payment processing and reporting functions, maintains compliance with program policies, supports executive operations, and assists with community and elder services initiatives.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in business administration, public administration, human services, related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience in lieu of degree.
  • Three (3) years of administrative, program coordination, or executive support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to build strong working relationships
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced math and computer skills
  • Ability to hold strict confidentiality
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and coach others
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving history verified through a motor vehicle report that meets the requirements for Cherokee Nation underwriting rating.
  • The employee must not be and will not be under sanction by the United States Department of Health and Human Services Office of the Inspector General (OIG) or by the General Services Administration (GSA) or listed on the OIG's Cumulative Sanction Report, or the GSA's List of Excluded Providers, or listed on the OIG's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE).
  • Must meet and maintain pre-employment and periodic background investigation and adjudication for child care.
