The Family Support Program Coordinator will oversee the service and administrative functions related to the delivery of Family Support Program services. This includes direct supervision of the Family Support Program Supervisor and Self-Sufficiency Specialists to ensure services meet contractual and model fidelity requirements, and comply with COA accreditation standards and NCHS policies and procedures. The role involves researching, analyzing, and integrating innovative strategies and models to enhance service delivery and outcomes, and expand the population of participants served. Responsibilities also include oversight of staff training curriculum implementation, program budget maintenance, and direct service as required.
