The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking a Human Services Enforcement Agent. This role is part of the Office for Family Independence, Division of Support Enforcement & Recovery (DSER), which is responsible for ensuring non-custodial parents contribute to the economic support of their children. Responsibilities include establishing paternity, locating non-custodial parents, establishing and enforcing child support orders, and representing the Department in Maine District Court. This position allows for partial telework after the first 6 months of training, with management approval based on operational needs. The position requires occasional travel.
