About The Position

Liberty Healthcare is accepting applications for an anticipated opening and full-time Director position. This role will lead a new statewide initiative to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of a largescale critical incident, grievance and complaint management system for Home and Community-Based Services provided to older adults, vulnerable individuals, and people living with disabilities. Program elements will include Partnering with state agency teams Creating an ideal experience for individuals who report complaints and grievances Reviewing, triaging, processing reported incidents on a timely basis Ensuring a high degree of consistency and quality of reviews Data analysis and reporting Providing technical assistance to HCBS providers Preparing for future initiatives Director responsibilities Leading with a focus on the best interests of the people we serve Directing a start-up initiative Establishing and leading a statewide program Hiring and managing a team of approximately 10 remote Quality Reviewers Fostering collaborative relationships with a wide array of stakeholders Establishing a high-performance culture Ensuring contract deliverables are met Schedule You will work primarily Monday through Friday during daytime hours. This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home and will require occasional travel to Augusta, Maine and other locations.
