About The Position

The Human Resources Technician plays a vital role in supporting the Court’s Human Resources Administration by performing a wide range of complex and responsible clerical and technical functions with a high degree of accuracy, independence, and sound judgment in support of human resources functions and programs. Human Resources Technicians are expected to independently perform job assignments without close supervision and apply knowledge of HR policies, practices, laws, and guidelines learned through experience and training while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and serving as a dependable resource across HR functional areas.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent - AND - one (1) year of responsible clerical experience in one or more human resources functions.
  • Associate's degree or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
