About The Position

This program offers a summer internship opportunity within Accenture's Human Resources department, focusing on supporting the company's vision of being the best place to work. Requirements

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Human Resources, Human Capital, Business, or Psychology or a related discipline.
Anticipated graduation date (at the time of application) of December 2027 through August 2028.
Prior internship or work experience.
Must be able to live/work in New York City for the summer internship.
Expect to be in-person for collaboration, learning, and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders, and communities.

Responsibilities

Gain a firsthand look at driving innovation and business results through talent at Accenture.
Work with leading HR industry professionals on initiatives in areas such as Talent Strategy, Employee Relations, Performance & Rewards, Recruiting, Talent Analytics, Employee Engagement, Learning & Talent Development, and Inclusion and Diversity.
Build a deep understanding of a real HR challenge facing Accenture.
Research and analyze the causes, impacts, and opportunities to solve the identified HR challenge.
Create and share recommendations with the team and HR leadership.
Learn about Accenture's operations and how to contribute to building the future.
