About The Position

Following an enriching orientation program, Interns will begin working on their day-to-day responsibilities, with support from colleagues serving as both instructors and mentors throughout the internship program. In addition to working on projects that incorporate research, analysis and recommendations, Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and add value to the team from day one. Requirements

  • Undergraduate candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 – June 2028
  • Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player who excels at working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
  • Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • A background in finance can be helpful

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with a tight knit team of Compliance professionals with years of experience from top law firms, securities regulators, and various investment banks
  • Learning how the Compliance Department of a firm offering full-service investment banking, capital markets, and asset management operates in the financial industry
  • Gaining exposure and hands on experiences of the vast technology tools that support the department
  • Dedicated project and presentation to Compliance senior leadership team

Benefits

  • The salary for this role is $75,000 (pro-rated for the 10-week internship program).
