About The Position

Requirements
- Undergraduate candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
- Expected graduation between December 2027 – June 2028
- Proficient in Microsoft office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Team player who excels at working both independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels
- Demonstrates a positive attitude and desire to learn and grow
- Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Nice To Haves
- A background in finance can be helpful
Responsibilities
- Working closely with a tight knit team of Compliance professionals with years of experience from top law firms, securities regulators, and various investment banks
- Learning how the Compliance Department of a firm offering full-service investment banking, capital markets, and asset management operates in the financial industry
- Gaining exposure and hands on experiences of the vast technology tools that support the department
- Dedicated project and presentation to Compliance senior leadership team
Benefits
- The salary for this role is $75,000 (pro-rated for the 10-week internship program).
