Following an enriching orientation program, Interns will begin working on their day-to-day responsibilities, with support from colleagues serving as both instructors and mentors throughout the internship program. In addition to working on projects that incorporate research, analysis and recommendations, Interns are challenged to think creatively, offer their input, and add value to the team from day one. Requirements

  • Undergraduate candidate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree
  • Expected graduation between December 2027 – June 2028 and December 2028 – June 2029
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Team player who excels at working both independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate to all levels
  • Ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks simultaneously
  • Demonstrates a positive attitude, high energy, and desire to learn and grow
  • Superior judgment, professionalism, poise, ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, and assertiveness

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate event logistics (i.e., presentations, interviews, campus activities and events, conferences, etc.)
  • Assist in planning and executing interviews, in office and on campus. This may include creating interview schedules and developing supporting materials, securing space, assisting with candidate travel, interview sign-ups, greeting candidates, arranging catering and more
  • Utilize web-based applicant tracking system to maintain candidate data and reporting
  • Work with the business to understand hiring needs
  • Evaluate historical data to come up with best recruiting practices
  • Help identify opportunities to enhance our programs and processes
  • Perform other various administrative responsibilities related to campus recruiting
