Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
Three (3) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government or military environment
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

Nice To Haves

Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university
Must be able to work independently with little oversight
Strong judgement & problem solving skills
Ability to resolve employee issues and elevate when appropriate

Responsibilities

Hiring & New Employee Onboarding. Coordinates with stakeholders for interviews to ensure compliance with applicable business process.
Leads the Corrective Action process by doing employee investigations and facilitates Corrective Action meeting with the Leadership Team.
Ensures site support of Healthy Living activities.
Coordinate and ensure 3M Corporate initiatives such as Employee Assistance & Diversity & Inclusion are implemented & supported.
Handle a variety of employee & Leadership questions.
Coordinates preparation, scheduling, and implementation of human resources processes such as salary review, performance management process, etc.
Establishes credibility and visibility with employees through regular interaction.
Provides support and assistance to employees/management through administration and interpretation of corporate policies, procedures and practices.
Supports disability and leave management process.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
