Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited university
  • Three (3) years of Human Resources experience in a private, public, government or military environment
  • Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).

  • Master's degree in Human Resources or related field from an accredited university
  • Must be able to work independently with little oversight
  • Strong judgement & problem solving skills
  • Ability to resolve employee issues and elevate when appropriate

Responsibilities

  • Hiring & New Employee Onboarding. Coordinates with stakeholders for interviews to ensure compliance with applicable business process.
  • Leads the Corrective Action process by doing employee investigations and facilitates Corrective Action meeting with the Leadership Team.
  • Ensures site support of Healthy Living activities.
  • Coordinate and ensure 3M Corporate initiatives such as Employee Assistance & Diversity & Inclusion are implemented & supported.
  • Handle a variety of employee & Leadership questions.
  • Coordinates preparation, scheduling, and implementation of human resources processes such as salary review, performance management process, etc.
  • Establishes credibility and visibility with employees through regular interaction.
  • Provides support and assistance to employees/management through administration and interpretation of corporate policies, procedures and practices.
  • Supports disability and leave management process.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Responsibilities of this position include that corporate policies, procedures and security standards are complied with while performing assigned duties.
