About The Position

Associate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws. This role requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of HR best practices, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Requirements

• High school education
• Minimum of two to three years’ experience in a Human Resources role
• Experience with HR software and systems (e.g.: HRIS, ATS, ect.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

• Associate degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• SHRM-CP, PHR, or other HR related certifications
