About The Position

As a Human Resources Specialist, you will be an integral member of the HR team at the Richmond manufacturing unit, focusing on Electrification Smart Power - Power Protection. Your role will contribute significantly to the overall HR value added to the business. The position requires onsite work, where you will support various HR activities and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
  • 2 years of experience in a human resources department with a solid understanding of HR processes and U.S. regulations.
  • Proven experience in HR administration activities.
  • Basic understanding of key HR processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and compensation & benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate and support HR Business Partners with day-to-day HR activities in assigned areas/functions.
  • Assist in implementing people strategies aligned with business objectives in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Engage in HR processes such as recruitment activities for production workers, onboarding & orientation, time & attendance management.
  • Collaborate with the HR Services team for administration and payroll activities.
  • Support HR Business Partners with general HR policy issues and ensure the implementation of policies.
  • Aid in employee engagement initiatives and internal communication activities.
  • Participate in HR-related projects supporting HR Business Partners.
  • Ensure HR activities comply with company values, Code of Conduct, internal procedures, and U.S. employment legislation.
  • Contribute to process improvement and implementation to align with business needs.
