About The Position

The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing the employee life cycle beginning with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, staff training and development, performance management to separation. The Human Resources Specialist will own the full cycle of recruitment, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specifically assigned departments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field from an accredited college or university.
  • 1-3 years of experience with strong and frequent activity in recruitment, onboarding and closing activity.
  • Excellent computer skills excel, etc.
  • Knowledge of PAYCOM and ADP strongly preferred.
  • Computerized human resources software strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct all recruitment activities for assigned lines of responsibility
  • Conduct all pre-hire task for assigned lines of responsibility
  • Assist and/or oversee audits.
  • Maintain current knowledge of and trends for new human resources developments such as laws.
  • Make use of ongoing professional consultation, institutes and conferences.
  • Attend assigned Job Fairs
  • Deliver best practices during interviews with clear and concise communication ensuring conditions of job offers.
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries.
