The Human Resources Department is responsible for managing the employee life cycle beginning with recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, benefits administration, employee relations, staff training and development, performance management to separation. The Human Resources Specialist will own the full cycle of recruitment, managing the end-to-end recruitment process for specifically assigned departments.
