About The Position
The HR Specialist will serve as a partner for management in all aspects of talent management, recruitment, and onboarding. The HR Specialist will also support the owner in special projects.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience in a similar role
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or associate degree in human resource management or administration is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Posts job openings in ADP Recruiting Tool for all Vinart Dealership locations
- Manages social media recruitment.
- Runs background checks and MVR’s
- Assists with maintaining relationships with vocational schools and other community partners by attending career fairs, offering job shadows, etc.
- Schedules and Conducts interviews.
