About The Position

As a Full-Time Human Resources Specialist at Community Behavioral Healthcare, LLC, your day-to-day responsibilities will center on supporting and strengthening our workforce through effective human resources practices. You will oversee key HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring that all processes align with organizational goals and regulatory standards. You will partner with leadership to support staffing strategies, workforce planning, and the development of a positive and engaged workplace culture. In this role, you will manage the onboarding experience for new employees, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization while reinforcing our mission, values, and expectations. You will serve as a resource to staff and leadership, addressing employee concerns, facilitating resolution of workplace issues, and promoting a culture of respect, accountability, and teamwork. Maintaining accurate employee records, monitoring compliance requirements, and supporting audits and regulatory readiness efforts are essential components of this position. Additionally, you will assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, performance management processes, and employee engagement initiatives. Regular communication with leadership and staff will be key to enhancing workforce effectiveness and supporting organizational growth.
