As a Human Resources Specialist IV, you will play a pivotal role in supporting federal HR operations for the Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) in Washington, DC. You will work on-site, collaborating with leadership and stakeholders to ensure HR policies and processes are executed efficiently and in alignment with federal requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience providing HR support in a federal operational environment
  • Experience supporting federal HR operations, policy, and process activities
  • Proven ability to independently support leadership and cross-functional stakeholders in an HR context
  • Strong written communication skills with experience producing HR documentation and communications (such as policies, SOPs, guidance, and memos)
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Eligibility to complete a federal background investigation and suitability process

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting Court Services and Offender Supervision Agency (CSOSA) or similar federal agencies
  • Familiarity with federal HR regulations and compliance standards
  • Experience working in the Washington, DC metropolitan area
  • Ability to adapt to evolving federal HR policies and procedures
  • Demonstrated success in managing multiple HR projects in a government environment

Responsibilities

  • Delivering comprehensive HR support within a federal operational environment, including HR operations, policy, and process activities
  • Independently supporting leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to address HR needs and challenges
  • Producing clear and accurate written HR documentation and communications, such as policies, SOPs, guidance, and memos
  • Ensuring HR operations and policies comply with federal standards and requirements
  • Providing guidance and assistance to internal teams regarding HR processes and best practices
