The HR Senior Specialist will be responsible for developing, deploying, and retaining top talent, managing the employee lifecycle, and overseeing day-to-day HR operations for BCG's Southeast offices. Key responsibilities include employee onboarding, policy interpretation, leaves of absence, mobility coordination, departure processes, benefits and compensation administration, maintaining employee files, HR communications, and general employee relations. The role requires exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
