Requirements

  • Associate degree or in lieu of education, 2 additional years or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required
  • No experience required
  • If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

  • Under supervision performs a wide range of human resources duties with an emphasis on confidentiality, accuracy, and timeliness
  • Facilitates and communicates organizational policies and programs with a focus on consistent application of procedures
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and provides internal support and partnership to a limited number of less complex local office human resources personnel
  • Responsible for reviewing and approving HR Actions to ensure the accuracy of data entered and the correct application of HR policies and procedures
  • This includes but is not limited to offer letters, onboarding, terminations, promotions, pay increases, and Form I-9s.
  • Oversees ECS Pre-Employment testing to ensure compliance with ECS Driving and Drug policies and procedures
  • Monitor a Subsidiary HR Mailbox with responsibility for responding to questions and escalating inquiries as needed
  • Participate in the annual driving record check
  • Participates in ongoing HR projects
  • Other duties as assigned
