About The Position

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Human Resources Representative 1. This is an entry-level friendly role where adaptability is valued over tenure. The primary focus of this role, approximately 75%, will be on pre-hire and onboarding processes, including tracking post-offer steps through Day 1, facilitating new hire orientations, and conducting bi-weekly first-day orientations. The role also involves managing 10-15 cases per week, conducting rehire eligibility checks, and handling terminations/separations. Strong presentation skills are essential for this position.

Requirements

• Comfortable leading sessions for 40–80 in-person (≈100 total incl. virtual)
• HR systems experience (required/preferred)
• Workday (transactions, onboarding, separations)
• ServiceNow (case management)
• Work authorization/I-9 documentation knowledge
• Tech-savviness & adaptability
• Open to new tools (e.g., AI/Copilot)
• Attention to detail & process tracking (onboarding workflow)
• Reliability for onsite, fast-paced operations
