This position ensures accurate employee records, smooth onboarding, and responsive support for employees and leaders across the organization. This is a full-time, non-exempt (hourly) position and is eligible for over time. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, reference check, and any required health screenings or clearances.

Requirements

• AA degree (BA preferred)
• 3+ years of administrative or HR experience
• Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities

• Maintain employee records and process HR transactions (new hires, status changes, terminations, etc.)
• Support onboarding and New Hire Orientation
• Prepare and track HR reports (turnover, compliance, etc.)
• Assist employees with benefits, enrollment, and inquiries
• Support recruitment and pre-employment processes
• Monitor licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements
• Provide general HR administrative support and customer service
