About The Position

Catallia Mexican Foods is hiring a hands-on Human Resources Recruitment and Benefits Program Manager to lead and administer the company’s full-cycle recruitment and employee benefits programs. The position owns recruiting strategy and execution—from workforce planning and sourcing through selection, offers, onboarding, and staffing reporting—and manages benefits enrollment, employee support, vendor coordination, reconciliation, compliance, reporting, and process improvement. The role partners with hiring managers, employees, HR leadership, payroll, benefits carriers, and external recruiting partners to support company growth, workforce stability, and a positive employee experience. This individual contributor is responsible for recruitment and benefits programs and works closely with the Human Resources team, payroll, hiring managers, operational leaders, and external vendors. The role is 100% onsite in an office and manufacturing environment, with presence across three shifts. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30/5:00 PM, with varied hours as needed to support employees and hiring activities across shifts. Absences are covered by the Human Resources Manager and the HR Generalist designated by the Human Resources Manager; the position also serves as the main backup for the HR Coordinator. Compensation is $70,000–$80,000 annually. Benefits listed include accrual-based Earned Sick and Safe Time, health, dental, and vision insurance, three weeks of PTO (increasing after five years), and a 401(k) with up to a 4% match. The position may also serve as designated backup support for payroll-related activities and perform other duties and HR projects as directed.
