About The Position

Fidelity Bank's competitive, paid internship program provides hands-on banking experience in the Human Resources department. The internship runs for 16 weeks and is scheduled for up to 35 hours per week. The intern will support the HR Recruiting Team and broader department, assist with internship program administration and assigned hiring activities, and participate in professional development and shadowing opportunities throughout the bank.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Accuracy and strong organizational skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize projects and duties.
• High level of professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Participate as part of the HR Recruiting Team at career fairs, hiring events, and career days.
• Perform hiring duties as assigned by the HR Talent Manager and HR Talent Recruiter.
• Assist with internship program administration.
• Complete assigned daily tasks and assist HR managers with research projects as needed.
• Support the entire department to increase efficiencies.
• Attend professional development training and shadowing opportunities throughout the bank.
