About The Position
Timberland Ridge, a skilled nursing and rehab care center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking a dynamic and strong, Full Time HR/Payroll Manager to join our team. The successful candidate is responsible for all Human Resources & payroll related duties for the facility, to include but is not limited to recruiting, hiring, retention, training, payroll and many other items to help ensure the success of the facility.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of previous experience in HR management
- Payroll processing experience for approximately 100+ employees
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail
