Our dedication to older adults spans multiple aspects of senior living services, including Independent Living, Home Care, Medical Services and Wellness Programs for those who live in our senior living communities or reside in surrounding areas throughout New Jersey. Position Summary The Human Resources Partner is an on‑site, hands‑on HR generalist who supports the daily operations of a vibrant senior‑living and healthcare community. They work closely with clinical and operational leaders to ensure team members feel valued, supported, and aligned with FellowshipLIFE’s mission and person‑directed lifestyle philosophy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of HR generalist experience
  • Broad HR generalist experience including employee relations, compliance, and performance management
  • Strong HRIS, payroll reporting, and Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting clinical teams (nursing, home care, therapy, wellness) is strongly preferred
  • Healthcare, senior living, long‑term care, or home care experience strongly preferred
  • SHRM‑CP or PHR a plus

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals, growth, and culture
  • Leverage HR data and workforce analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
  • Lead initiatives that enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall team member experience
  • Serve as primary contact for employee relations, conflict resolution, and investigations; promote fair policy application and foster an inclusive, respectful, and accountable culture.
  • Ensure adherence to employment laws and healthcare regulations; manage audits, workplace safety, workers’ compensation, FMLA, unemployment claims, and required reporting (EEO-1, OSHA).
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership development support to managers
  • Champion a culture of respect, inclusion, accountability, and well-being
