We're looking for an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders. In this role, you'll help shape talent strategies, strengthen employee engagement, coach leaders, and support a positive workplace culture across our operations. If you enjoy solving complex people challenges, influencing business decisions, and building strong relationships, we'd love to meet you.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Experience supporting leaders in employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to influence leaders at all levels.
  • Ability to analyze data, solve complex problems, and make sound business decisions.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial operations.
  • Experience working in a multi-site environment.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and workforce analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leaders to align people strategies with business objectives.
  • Coach leaders on employee relations, performance management, and workplace issues.
  • Lead employee investigations with fairness, consistency, and professionalism.
  • Analyze HR metrics and identify opportunities to improve engagement and performance.
  • Drive employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives.
  • Support leadership development, succession planning, and workforce planning.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.
  • Partner on compensation, benefits, and total rewards initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Develop long-term solutions to recurring people and organizational challenges.
