The Human Resources Manager serves as a strategic and operational HR partner, leading and supporting the daily functions of the Human Resources department while providing comprehensive guidance across employee relations, performance management, leave administration, compliance, and HR operations. This role collaborates closely with employees, leaders, and cross-functional HR teams to ensure employment actions are consistent, legally compliant, and aligned with company policies, labor laws, and business objectives. The Human Resources Manager facilitates employee relations matters, performance management processes, leadership training and development initiatives, leave management, and termination procedures, while providing coaching and support to management on a wide range of workforce issues. This position requires a highly collaborative, adaptable professional who can effectively manage competing priorities in a dynamic corporate environment. Additionally, the role serves as a backup HR resource for California locations and is expected to support all facets of Human Resources as business needs evolve.
