Reporting to the Sr. Human Resources Director, the Human Resources Manager will play a key role in driving HR solutions and identifying customer needs. This role involves partnering effectively with employees, managers, and corporate contacts to handle general HR demands, strategically managing employee development and improvement plans, administering benefits programs, creating and improving HR policies, managing the onboarding process for new salaried employees, and performing exit interviews to improve employee relations. Responsibility for food safety and GMPs is also included.
