The Human Resources (HR) Manager is responsible for the completion of various administrative and human resources-related tasks. This position directly manages the support staff at the operating branch to ensure that daily processes are completed accurately and timely. This position also works with branch management to ensure that the company’s standard administrative-related procedures are adhered to and that the branch is compliant with local, state, and federal employment and labor laws. The HR Manager reports directly to the branch General Manager with an indirect reporting relationship to the Director of Human Resources.
