We lead with positivity, perseverance, and teamwork. California Autism Center is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to support and scale our growing team across multiple centers. This role will oversee core HR functions including employee relations, compliance, and performance management, with a strong focus on supporting clinical and administrative staff in an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) setting. This position plays a critical role in maintaining compliance with California labor laws while fostering a positive, structured, and growth-oriented work environment.
