About The Position

White Oak Manor Spartanburg, a 60-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation center, is seeking an experienced and motivated Human Resources Manager. This role is crucial for leading and managing all facility-level HR functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment. The manager will be responsible for supporting staff, strengthening workplace culture, ensuring a positive employee experience, maintaining regulatory compliance, and contributing to operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of HR and payroll experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Knowledge of workers’ compensation, unemployment, and EEOC laws
  • Strong understanding of personnel policy enforcement
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Versatile and willing to cross-train as needed

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Experience with Paycom preferred
