About The Position

We’re hiring a Human Resources Manager to support the day-to-day people operations that help keep St. Cloud Orthopedics running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for an experienced HR professional who enjoys being in the details—supporting employees and leaders, managing key HR processes and compliance, while helping to deliver a positive, consistent employee experience across the organization. At St. Cloud Orthopedics, we’ve been delivering trusted, independent orthopedic care to Central Minnesota for over 70 years. Our team is passionate about providing exceptional patient care, and creating a workplace where employees feel supported, valued, and set up for success. We’re looking for someone who will: Lead full-cycle recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles Manage employee benefits, leave administration, and HR operations Partner with leaders on employee relations, coaching, and performance support Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices Help improve engagement, retention, and the overall employee experience Support key organizational initiatives, including onboarding, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
  • Strong background in benefits, employee relations, and compliance
  • Experience with recruiting and onboarding
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare setting
  • HRIS experience (Paycom preferred)
