Tailored Management is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead Human Resources operations supporting our global workforce across the United States, Canada, Philippines, India, and Costa Rica. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Human Resources, this role serves as the operational leader for HR programs and services, partnering closely with executive leadership to support a growing and globally distributed workforce. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing core HR functions including HR operations, compliance, team leadership, and payroll and benefits administration, while ensuring a high-quality employee experience across the organization. This role will manage 2–3 direct reports and plays a critical role in executing HR initiatives that support the company’s people strategy, operational excellence, and culture. This hybrid position is based in Columbus, Ohio, offering flexibility while maintaining close collaboration with the leadership team.
