This role helps maintain a workplace where people feel supported and do great work. You will contribute to leadership discussions and company summits. This role is about improving what already works. Understand the business, strengthen processes, support people and performance, and maintain connection across a distributed team.

Nice To Haves
- 3-5 years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification preferred
- Proven ability to evaluate, implement, and manage HR technology platforms -- not just use them
- Background in a multi-service or multi-product organization where people support work across more than one business line
- Experience supporting a distributed, remote-flexible workforce within multiple states in USA and international workforce.
- Must be willing to travel within the U.S. for company meetings
