The HR Manager will lead all Human Resources activities for multi-sites and serves as a business partner to the local management team. He/she works closely with management to develop and implement HR strategies that are consistent with the Regional and Global HR direction. The HR Manager is responsible for talent management, workforce planning, employee relations, compliance and HR KPIs for scope population. He/she ensures HR initiatives align to business goals, enhance employee engagement, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
