Human Resources Manager
About The Position
Perimeter Behavioral of West Memphis is seeking an experienced HR professional with previous Human Resources Manager experience to make an impact in healthcare. This role partners closely with hospital leadership to recruit, support, and retain exceptional staff who provide high-quality care to adolescents in our behavioral health facility. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or related major
- Has 3-year human resources manager/generalist experience in a healthcare setting preferably in behavioral health.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS system preferably UKG
Nice To Haves
- SHRM certification is preferred
Responsibilities
- Recruit and maintain an outstanding work force for the facility.
- Ensure all regulatory guidelines are maintained for hiring, onboarding, and maintaining license standards in the maintenance of employee files and training.
- Administer the Leave Administration for the facility.
- Work closely with the facility's leadership in resolving employee issues and concerns.
