About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at JBT MAREL CORPORATION will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and fostering a positive work environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, and benefits.
In-depth knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice To Haves

Master's degree preferred.
HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) highly desirable.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding, for all departments.
Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and compliant.
Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and professional development.
Address employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures, communicating updates to employees.
Manage HRIS data and generate reports for management review.
Lead and develop the HR team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to identify and address organizational development needs.
