About The Position

The Human Resources Manager will lead full-cycle recruiting efforts on property, partnering with hiring managers and managing the hiring process through Workday. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and maintains accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits. The manager will also facilitate onboarding, orientation, and training programs to support associate development and brand standards, and champion associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication. Additionally, the role involves administering safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes while promoting a culture of safety and well-being. The position requires bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

Requirements

3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives.
Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively.
Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
Must be bi-lingual in Spanish.
